Consumers from the European Union have the right to return goods purchased online or through other long-distance sales methods (by telephone, by postal services, from a sales agent) in 14 days from the purchase date in order to be reimbursed for the whole amount paid.
The 14 days reflection period is not valid for all types of products. Here are some exceptions:
- Goods produced by special order or evidently personalized
Legal warranty
The legal warranty is 2 years (24 months) from invoice date.
In case of repaired products, legal and commercial warranties are extended with a period equal to the time starting from the moment the consumer notified the seller about the fault or returned the product until the moment the product has been repaired and the consumer was notified about this fact or until the product has been delivered to the consumer.
